TIFOSE, Having realised that a good number of young school drope outs of age bracket 14- 25 spend much of their time loitering around the streets of Kirembe, Nyamirangara and Kyababinga trading centres doing alot of nothing, end up engaging themselves in activities that are hurmful not only to their lives but also that threatens the development of the area. They engage in drug abuse, theifty, primarital sex, influance informal arbortion among others.
TIFOSE, Introduced an on-site training in painting and designing art, the feild they best practice with all the neccessery expertise.
On-site skills traing was seen as the immediate way on how the younths can be committed to learn, at the sametime earning for themselves with in a short period.
