Introduction
TIFOSE is an independent,registered non-profitable social community based organisation that was founded in 2024 by a group of like-minded men and women with experience in defferent sectors to promote community capacity development and provide opportunity for all people.
TIFOSE aspires to improve the living condotions of the poor and marginalised groups by adopting strategies through community initiative, participation and sensitization.
TIFOSE comprises of 7 executive members with 4 female and 3 male members, each with specific quality that is meant to help sustain and run the organization.

Aims/Objectives
- To gain a greater understanding of community development issues and explore possible solutions through quality research and development keeping the focus on youths, women and the poor.
- To promote quality research and research communication towards development of evedance-basede policy and practice in the field of youths women and the poor.
- To enhance access to information on young generation and social development .
- To review and analyse the policies and programmes effectiveness at local, and national level and understand their implications in social development.
- To involve youths in the field of health, education and economic activities and programs.
